Orders

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, payment issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice; however, the price displayed at the time of purchase will be honoured.
  • We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment solutions where applicable.

Product Availability

  • As many MADAAS pieces are created using rare and limited fabrics, quantities are often restricted.
  • Once a fabric has been fully utilised, the same piece may not be reproduced, which is part of what makes each MADAAS creation unique.

Product Characteristics

  • Every MADAAS piece is handcrafted.
  • Due to the nature of artisanal production and the use of unique fabrics, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, or pattern placement may occur.
  • These characteristics are considered part of the beauty and individuality of the piece and are not regarded as defects.

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
