Within the United Arab Emirates

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
  • If you require expedited delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

GCC Delivery

  • We ship across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
  • Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and courier service selected.
  • All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most destinations worldwide.
  • Where available, international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning duties and taxes are included in your purchase.
  • This helps ensure a smooth delivery experience with no unexpected charges upon arrival.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey until it reaches you.

Business Days

  • Orders are processed during business days, from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays in the United Arab Emirates.
